All orders are processed within 3 Days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Methods
We work with trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD), where applicable

3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are:
Metro Cities: 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS
Other Cities and Towns: 5-6 BUSINESS DAYS
Remote Areas: 7-8 BUSINESS DAYS
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may take longer during festivals, holidays, severe weather, courier disruptions, or other events beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the selected shipping method.
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing:
Your tracking number
Courier partner details
Tracking link (where available)
You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment until it is delivered.
6. Delivery Issues and Delays
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful. Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be re-shipped after being returned to us.
Please contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping address after placing an order. We can only make changes before your order has been dispatched.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts by the courier, the package may be returned to us.
In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
9. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged, appears tampered with, or is missing items, please notify us within 24 Hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
Your order number
Photos of the package and damaged item(s)
A brief description of the issue
We will investigate the matter and work toward an appropriate resolution.
10. International Shipping
At this time, VishCart ships only within India. We do not currently offer international shipping.
